2. Money Orders:

Money Orders must be received within seven(7) business days from the date of your order. Order will be shipped once payment is received.

Georgia residents will be charged the applicable sales tax at checkout.

Shipping and handling costs will be charged. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated at checkout on these items.

If the item you purchased is returned to RosiBranchCoffee.com as undeliverable, customer must pay any additional shipping charges before order is resent. I do not ship outside the continental United States. Seller will not be responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged once the item is shipped.

Returns are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. Costs for the initial shipping, handling and any insurance of the initial purchase are not refunded. Returned merchandise must be received by Rosi Branch Coffee within 20 business days of the shipment/postmark of the merchandise for a refund. Costs for the shipping and handling for the return of the item are the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned in the original wrapping and in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer by Rosi Branch Coffee. When shipping a return, you must include a copy of your receipt and/or invoice. (Save copies for your records.) Products purchased at a retail shop, department store or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.
